Exchange and Return Policies
We want your experience at Scout 369 Boutique to be easy and fantastic! We strive to be set apart by our excellent customer service! We hope that you are happy with each item you receive but if not, we are here to help navigate any issues! All our policies are listed below. - You can exchange unworn merchandise on IN STORE purchases within 10 days of original purchase date. Items must have original tags still attached in order to be exchanged. Original receipt or proof of purchase date required at the time of exchange.
- Merchandise purchased online can be returned for a store credit within 14 business days from the date you received the item.
- We only offer store credit for RETURNS. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment or give cash back.
- Online purchase returns can be mailed to our billing address: 1075 W Hunt Road Alcoa, TN 37701
- We do not offer return labels at this time.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached.
- Original invoice must be included with your return package.
- Store credit for online purchase returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving returned merchandise. We will email you a DISCOUNT CODE for your store credit to be used at your convenience. Store credit never expires.
- All SALE ITEMS are final sale...no returns or exchanges.
